Cloudrus - Digital Marketing Specialist (2-5 yrs)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build engagement with BCG clients via digital channels
- Develop social media strategy and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Develop engaging copy and creatives
- Develop and monitor social media campaign and budgets
- Manage BCG India website
- Recommend SEO improvements and work with the global website team to optimize India website content to increase online presence / visibility
- Develop newsletters and emails to promote BCG content to clients using email automation tool.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing to promote on digital channels
- Measure the performance of our digital marketing efforts across channels using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, etc.) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify the latest trends on digital channels and suggest ideas and strategies to improve reach and performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) :
- PG/G in mass comm or relevant course
- A minimum of 2-3 years- experience in digital marketing with excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Expert to intermediate analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Should have the confidence and knowledge to conduct training and drive enablement actives with other internal groups and senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, website analytics.
- Intermediate knowledge of photoshop/graphic design tools.
- Good understanding of SEO and PPC.
- Experience in email automation tools.
