CloudQ - Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration or management in marketing.
- He/she should have 1 - 2 years experience in the international market, especially in the USA market.
- Willingness to work on the night shift
- He/She should have knowledge in the salesforce CRM.
- He/She should have knowledge in the lead generation tools, like Zoom info, lead IQ, LinkedIn sales navigator etc.
- He/She should have good command communication skills oral and written
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and in/outbound calls.
- Setting up online meetings between potential customers and internal stakeholders(Sales Representatives/Head)
