Tele Caller
Roles and Responsibilities :
- We are searching for an engaged tele-caller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
- Tele-callers initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales ought to display excellent verbal communication.
- Should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
- Should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.
- A remarkable tele caller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Self - Motivator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication, Presentation & Persuasion Skills
- Enthusiastic & Positive Attitude
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills (Fluency in English is Preferred)
- Any degree with good STEM knowledge
