2. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the department; placing orders; verifying receipt.

3. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

4. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

5. Responsible for coordination, execution of BTL activities.

6. Marketing survey, analysis and Partner associations

7. Brand maintenance across centers

8. Partnership with schools and partners

9. Survey of best Corporates and liaising with HR for meetings

10. Interaction with Corporates and to schedule Health sessions at Corporates

11. Clinical Branding of consultants and to work closely with DRM's to understand the requirement in Clinics

12. To coordinate with lobby managers and to assess the Corporate flow

13. Marketing auditing across centers

14. Coordinate with Center managers and understand the requirements in each center, generate a report and submit

15. Maintaining excel sheet for all value add services offered to Doctors

16. Excellent copywriting skills - ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.

17. Ability to manage a campaign budget.

18. Creative and innovative.

19. Good attention to detail.

20. Team player works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
