Our Team :
You'll be interacting with domain experts, product owners, and engineering teams for understanding the industries and delivering high-quality demos to prospects across the countries. As a result, we are seeking a talented sales manager.
What will you be doing?
- Coach, train & mentor the inside sales team
- Assist/coach the inside sales team on client calls and demos and develop ongoing training where needed
- Understand client requirements and pass them on to the product team for further analysis
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline, maintain and report sales analytics
- Use engagement strategies for customer retention and reduce churn. Build and maintain relationships with accounts
Required :
- 10+ years of the quota-carrying role and at least 2 years in a Managerial/Team Lead role with experience in managing the sales cycle
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience in driving sales growth preferably in a technology/product environment (in the SaaS industry preferred)
- Any global experience will help the candidature
Nice to have :
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System
