Cloudify - Growth Marketer (5-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Leverage HubSpot CRM to automate marketing processes, manage customer relationships, and analyze customer data.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Continually test and learn from different growth tactics and strategies.
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Required Skills :
1. SaaS Exposure : Understanding of the SaaS business model, customer lifecycle, and the unique challenges and opportunities in the B2B SaaS domain.
2. Growth Strategy Development : Ability to develop, implement, and manage growth marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Data Analysis : Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
4. Digital Marketing : Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
5. CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, for managing customer relationships and automating marketing processes.
6. Optimization : Experience in optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align growth marketing strategies with business objectives.
8. Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling marketing messages and collaborating with team members.
10. Creativity and Innovation : Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative growth strategies and marketing ideas.
11. Customer Focus : Strong customer focus with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective growth strategies.
12. Technical Savvy : Familiarity with marketing tech stack, including marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and customer data platforms.
Technical Skills :
1. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
2. Experience with other marketing automation tools.
3. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing in the B2B SaaS domain.
3. Proven experience in using HubSpot CRM to drive growth.
