We are an IOT based startup Working on a very exciting project based on Home Automation. Our mission is to get all appliances interact and communicate among themselves.
We are looking for a Telcaller. Male & Female (Both) with relevant skills can apply.
Skills required:
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills.
- Committed, Consistent and can provide a Value Add.
- Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to businesses or private individuals in order to generate interests to fix appointments for our sales team.
- To make Out bound Calls from new leads / Database assigned by the Team.
- Fixing appointments, Follow-up & Interaction with customers, Handling customer enquiries about the Product and services.
- Calling new & Existing clients (Lead Generation) and Explain about the Company and it's products.
- Explain about different product and packages to clients and Convince them for sales.
- Generating references from the existing client.
- Maintain Client / Lead generation database.
- Maintain good client relationship
- Achieving monthly assigned targets.
Salary Negotiable. Should be willing to join immediately, within the week.
