Calling clients and then meeting them explaining about products
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Develop the business through appointing, developing and supporting the dealer network.
2. Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Outstanding & Stock as per norms
3. Developing sales strategies.
4. Support the dealer network for his primary & secondary sales
5. Co-ordination with partners & company, Marketing, Central Response Team & Logistics.
6. Ensuring control of outstanding & stocks.
7. Developing relationship with Architects, Builders Interior Designers, consultants and end users to develop business.
8. Enhancing dealer/ customer relationship and satisfaction levels.
9. Identifying and developing new accounts.
10. Identifying the various verticals / applications and develop customers for the same.
Channel Management :
- Managing and monitoring channel sales performance.
- Understand and track current performance of distribution segments and Dealer
- Improving the dealer & distribution network through monitoring performance and supporting all promotional campaigns.
- Manage the marketplace, monitor the Distribution Presence and expand in prospective areas where required. To appoint dealers for un-represented areas after analyzing the sales potential in that area.
