Cloud Destinations - Executive - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling software services, excellent communication skills to deal with US customers, and the ability to work overlapping US business hours. Additionally, we prefer a female candidate who can take overlapping shift hours from home and work in a hybrid model where they come to the office at least 3 times a week.

Responsibilities :
- Work overlapping US business hours
Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.
- Lead generation, cold calling, fixing/scheduling meetings, and experience in event/conference prospecting is an additional advantage.
- Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation.
- Possess professional business telephone communication skills and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meet targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.
- Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
- Be goal-oriented, and have the ability to scale up consistently.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in selling software services, Experience with healthcare software and services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with US customers.
- Ability to work overlapping US business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
