Clobas - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange/Attend business meetings with prospective clients with product demo.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Prepare proposals,sales contracts, tender documents.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Proven sales track record with notable marketing skills.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM software
- Proficiency in English, Tamil/or any regional language
- Fluent Communication skills
- Time management,planning and negotiation skills.
- Any Degree.
- Willing to Travel domestic and international
- Socializing and public speaking skill is a big plus.
