Looking for a candidate good in communications to a large audience via any platform, with a sense of customer satisfaction obsession.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach
- Dig out intelligence around existing product experience, from the community via reaching out to them in any means possible, thereby making community's voice heard inside the organisation.
Communication
- Communicate to the community via Clip and other platforms, around the topics which need to be addressed, for a better inclusive community experience.
Language UX
- Ensure quality language UX in any app communications either notifications/banners/app words etc
Preferred skill set:
- Strong command over communication in a specific non-english language
- Narrative communications via video
- Customer service obsession
- Basic number crunching on excel or other data visualisation tools
Necessary skill set:
- Should have studied either of these as a language till class X-Gujarati/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi
- Graduate with 0-2 years of work experience
