Role :
1. To handle new leads, call them and follow up with them and convert them for clinic procedures.
2. Monthly quarterly, and yearly targets given to achieve.
3. Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
4. Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
5. Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity. Perform daily and weekly employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
6. Leasing with patients about treatment plans and counseling of patients to convert them into business.
7. Achieving the given target within the time frame.
