Required skills:

- 2-5 years of business development / sales experience, preferably in Gurgaon / NCR

- Excellent communication and selling skills

- Prior experience with selling to the retail sector (F&B, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG etc.) or in product marketing will be a plus

Responsibilities:

- Lead generation and cold outreach (via visits, phone, email)

- Give product demos to prospects, sign up new customers, upsell to existing customers

- Manage and guide a team of BD executives

- Service existing customers (respond to queries, train customers on platform)

- Work with the co-founders to set up, refine and develop relevant business processes
