Job Description :
- Liaison between client, front-end and back-end in order to ensure smooth execution of projects undertaken
- Actively engage with marketing team to ensure that the solutions being presented to the client meets / exceeds expectations
- Reaching out to new clients and making pitches outlining the benefits of tie ups with the brand
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
- Revenue generation from new business development opportunities
- Cold calling upselling and cross-selling products from our portfolio
- Identifying sales & collaboration opportunities, generating leads
- Managing the end to end client relations with the portfolio that is assigned
- Timely raising of invoices & payment collection of accounts handled
