Qualification: MBA is a plus not must
Preferred From: Software or Product company having experience in Client/Account management.
Areas of responsibility
- Engage with clients and individually manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Drive account performance and achieve clients- expectations. .
- Works closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their processes and business challenges
- Ensure successful implementation of project at every step
- Identify and prioritizes accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframe.
- Develop a personalized strategies for each account that identifies their critical success factors
Required skills
- Team worker and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams for the best interest of the client.
- Passionate and go-getter attitude to ensure successful delivery.
- Extra-ordinary communication skills and can confidently build relationships with clients.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams
- Self motivated and self driven to achieve targets to ensure profitable sales volume
- Strong technical background along with excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills is a must.
