Job opening for a Client Servicing role in a leading NBFC at Mumbai.

Job Role: Client Servicing

Job Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 5 Days

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions.

- The incumbent will work with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

- Recognize the regulations pertaining to foreign investments.

- Assume responsibility for answering client questions and providing prompt, effective solutions.

- Monitoring NAV before it is made available to clients. Assist the Fund accounting staff in coordinating the NAV release in accordance with the established TAT.

- Coordinating the fee computations with the Account & Finance staff. Release the weekly/monthly fee calculations to the clients after double-checking the fee computations using the NAV pack. Respond to inquiries from the client if clarification is needed.

- Working together with the operations team to guarantee that client requests, like subscriptions and redemptions, are handled quickly and efficiently.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Product, Sales, and Operations to provide a smooth customer experience.

- Coordinating for a seamless onboarding process with the distributor/referral agent and administrator.

- Monitoring any client requests for fund transfers. coordinating the same with the Custodian and PCM.

- Get accurate and timely feedback from the customers. Engage with them and make sure that every legitimate client problem is addressed right away.

- Report unanswered questions or problems to the relevant staff.

Requirements

- Education: MBA/Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

- Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 years in Client Service preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of FPI regulations, guidelines and market practice is an added advantage.

- Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze problems, prioritize tasks and implement effective solutions
