Client Servicing Role - Insurance/Broking Firm (3-10 yrs)

Experience : 3+ Years relevant
Location : Mumbai/Pune
Responsibilities :
- Servicing of corporate for their Employee Benefit/Non Employee Benefit Portfolio
- Assist the Account Manager to set up the policy administration framework with the Insurance company
- Ensure effective roll out of all the policy inception processes at respective client locations
- Monitor and manage the monthly endorsement with Insurer for all addition and deletion cases
- Assist Client SPOC and members with claim support as and when needed
- Provide client with all reports with regards to the policy utilization as and when required regarding Non Employee Benefit Portfolio.
- Build relationship with Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery
