Job Responsibility:

- Ensure seamless handling of backend and operational requirements to keep the wealth management process hassle-free.

- Maintaining all paperwork and system from compliance perspective, internal and external, servicing the clients and preparing several MIS & keeping records of source of fund.

- Liaison with central customer service team form complaint resolution.

- End to End discipline followed from client on boarding to client servicing in order to monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Handling all the operational activities for entire NCR and other parts of the state.

- Processing application of PMS and AIF along with demat application.

- Handling all the queries of Relationship manager and direct clients.

- Coordinating with the HO for smooth and fast services.

- Working towards resolution of customer concerns and closing loop with customers.

- Liaise with Department / Division Heads and be a customer advocate in resolving the cases.

- Work on the Root Cause of the Concern and ensure necessary changes are suggested to ensure the issue is fixed and so the same or another customer does not face a similar issue with us.

- Work on improving TAT for complaints.

- Ensuring timely redressal of customer complaints

- Handle customer feedback activity and the result to senior management

Experience: Min. 3-5 years

Education: Min. Graduate (Knowledge of MS office)

Personality Traits: calm and cool disposition. Ability to multi task as manage strong interpersonal relationships.
