Designation : Client Servicing/ Program Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key requirements:
- 100% client retention and achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Lead the process to write and execute client development plans for Key Client Relationships (to deliver revenue targets by client)
- Own senior client relationships and work with delivery team to ensure that program SLAs are being met; manage change requests; and develop and ensure compliance with systems and processes to effectively service key accounts
- Proactively identify client risks or opportunities for existing programs and manages client expectations on delivery timelines
- Achieve program targets
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities and communicate progress of revenue to budget forecast to the team throughout the year
Personal qualities:
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and good overall business sense
- Highly organized, self-starter who is able to learn quickly
