Client Servicing Professional - Media (3-4 yrs)
- Act as one point contact between the internal departments to manage the day to day requirements and expectations of the client.
- Plan and schedule project timelines with the Clients
- Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
- Responsible for Costing, Invoicing and Collection of all the projects
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets
- Prepare the reports - OTIF, RFT, Project Status
- Responsible for Organic Growth
- Responsible for invoicing of all the projects
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Handle all incoming briefs from Clients
- Respond to Clients- e-mails same day of receipt
- Proactively communicate with Clients on the status of the jobs
- Make sure all the estimates are raised
- Follow- up for DOs/POs
- Follow all the internal process & systems.
- Adherence to SOP for all the jobs.
