Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Client Servicing Head. As the key liaison between our clients and our internal teams, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Event Planning, Production, and Creative, to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed effectively.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of event planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

3. Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and propose innovative event solutions that align with their objectives.

- Provide strategic insights to clients regarding event trends, technology, and best practices.

4. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of the event.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality events that exceed client expectations.

- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

6. Team Leadership:

- Lead and inspire a team of client servicing professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
