Client Service Role - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
JOB ROLE :
- Coordinate with Service Providers to ensure seamless back end processing of all transactions with NIL errors and adherence to TATs.
- Provide end to end back end support to clients to ensure seamless transaction processing and handling of ongoing client service requirements.
- Orient with policies and processes to ensure compliance with Internal & external guidelines
- Proper and accurate processing of all Customer Information forms, MF applications
- Ensure proper tracking, responses and closures of all Customer Complaints within the committed TATs.
- Ensuring best in class service standards to all the mapped customers by synergizing with different functions within the organization and with external 3rd parties.
- Ensuring proper controls and total adherence to all laid down policies and processes..
- Good verbal & written communication especially in external/client communication.
- Provide Administrative assistance from a Branch Operations perspective in line with Business requirement.
- Work with marketing team as and when required to ensure coordination & execution of client events / marketing campaigns etc.
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation; NISM certified
