Client Service Role (1-3 yrs)
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Responds to telephone calls or emails from our customers worldwide. Listens, analyzes,
- Researches and resolves the concern(s). Logs a case in the system and communicates the
- resolution of the concern(s) to the client
- Build and maintain relationships with all primary contacts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
- while identifying potential new opportunities for the sales to pursue within the account
- Liaisons effectively with other departments to resolve client inquiries
- Attention to detail, consistent follows through, and project management.
- Other duties as assigned.
