Client Service Representative
CSR Job Duties (Voice) : (15 Resources Required)
- Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
- Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
- Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through : Chat, Phone & Email
- Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
- Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
- Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like - Word, Power Point and Excel
Salary :
Voice : 15000-40000 per month.

Night Shift Allowance : Rs 150 per Night Shift - All shift at or after 11 am are counted in Night Shift.
Transport : Rs 6/Km for 4-wheeler and Rs 4/Km for 2-wheeler Meals, Ola/Uber bills reimbursements and Company transport for all shifts at or after 11 am.
Meal Allowance : Rs 250 per day.
Overtime : Rs 175 per Hour on scheduled days, Rs 250 per Hour on Week Off, Rs 350 per hour on holidays.
Yearly Bonus : is up to 200% of the monthly salary. This is calculated based on monthly evaluation/review of the candidate.
Job Time : Night Shift, Graveyard Shift, Rotational Week Offs
Job Type : Full-time Education: Graduate, Graduation results awaited
Experience : Minimum 6 Months, Fresher's with No Gaps in Education and Good Communication Skills
Language :
Voice : Exceptional Ability in Spoken English (Required), Must be fluent in Verbal English to communicate with Clients and/or Customer.
