Client Service Manager - Marketing Firm (3-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and engage with customers
- Create plans to address clients business needs
- Schedule regular meetings/updates with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Manage end to end customer communication
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers needs
- Develop processes & MIS to monitor projects report status regularly to gauge effectiveness
- Prepare proposals, periodic status reports, project reviews and other management reports as required
- Manage invoicing and payment collection
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager
- Background in customer service
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & oral)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, MBA-Marketing or a related field
