Client Relationship Role (1-5 yrs)
The role of a Client/Account Manager Revenue Cycle is to act as a focal point of contact after the client goes live.
- He/She is to manage customer relationships, expectations and customer business. He/She will also be responsible for assessment, risk, financial analysis and customer satisfaction.
- Be updated about the new features and enhancements within the product
- Be updated with product, process and technical knowledge
- Conduct strategic calls with customers on a regular basis
- Document the key points of the conversation in the internal portal, maintain security and compliance measures.
- Identify any potential risks that could affect the customer's day to day operations - on a case, project or trends
- Report and create a root cause analysis report for the identified risk to the supervisors
- Create a preventive plan of action for the identified financial risk and communicate it to the stakeholders and customers
- Document the key points in the internal portal, maintaining security and compliance measures
Requisition Details:

Exp - More than 1 Year
Working shift - Night shift (6 PM - 3 AM) Due to daylight saving, time is subjected to change
Budget - 5.50 LPA - 6.00 LPA (Based on their last drawn salary & interview we will decide)
Educational qualification - Minimum Graduation is must.
