Client Relationship Officer (1-3 yrs)
Work Description-
1) Explain the Client/Shopkeepers about Services, it's Features and benefits.
2) To collect bill amount from client/ Shopkeeper every month
3) Maintain a good rapport with existing and new clients/Shopkeeper.
4) Ensuring client/Shopkeeper expectations are met what we have promised to deliver Service.
5) Giving fanatical support and Listing Service to our Client/Shopkeeper both voice and non-voice based.
