Client Relationship Manager - Sales - Visa/Immigration Services (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Counseling the clients over the phone and through Emails.
- Should be able to convince the prospects and generate business for the company.
- Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidate & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
- Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process and give a clear and accurate information based on the current immigration services & visa laws & policies.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identifying sales prospects and converting them into profitable business.
- Identifying and resolve client concerns by giving assistance on time.
- To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
