Roles and Responsibilities
- To identify and acquire relevant customers and provide Wealth management solution like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, FD, MF
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Retention of customers
- To ensure to reach the revenue target. Acquiring new and prospective customers
- Understanding the requirements of the prospect
- Give high priority service to the customers as per the company processes
Mandatory Candidate Requirement-
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High Result Oriented & proven track record in Direct Marketing
- Sound knowledge of financial products like LI, GI HI, FD, MF
- Knowledge of Wealth Management
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Age criteria - 24 to 38 years
