Client Relationship Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities of For in Agency Channel :
- Recruit a Team under you and support them as a Manager
- You can also recruit Part Time Employees under you
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Conduct meetings with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same.
- Creating agency distribution for the company.
- Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.
- Manage the complete life cycle of agents
- Supervising the teams in terms of tasks
- Evaluating their performance
