Client Relationship Manager - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sales process for ultra luxury projects (Min Ticket size 3 Cr) in Delhi NCR.
- Understanding Clients requirements, Interacting and fixing up meeting with clients.
- Demonstration & Briefing of various ongoing luxury projects to prospective clients.
- Responsible for Follow Up and Coordination with prospective customers at various level of sales process.
- Conduct effective meetings with clients in order to close deals.
- To give corporate presentations and overview to clients regarding the projects.
- Meet monthly & annual sales target
- Expertise in entire sales cycle: lead generation, Presentation of the project, Follow up and follow through, Conversion, Developing relationships with existing clients.
- Ability to travel independently.
