Experience with 2-5 years into BFSI, Direct marketing
Gender : Male/Female both can apply
Compensation:-
CRM : 3 LPA
DCRM : 2.5 LPA
Desired Candidate :
- Must be Graduate
- Age Bracket 23 to 27 Years (max 30 years)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High on Self Presentations
- Aggressive/Passionate/Goal Focus
Roles:
- Building excellent relationship with mapped bank resource
- Operating out of Bank Office & Corporate Clients of the bank
- Visiting corporate sites and pitching Insurance products along with Salary Accounts
- Identifying and evaluating possible clients during corporate site visits
- Conducting need based analysis of prospective clients and generating potential lead
- Visit minimum 2 corporate in a day
- Conduct the Joint Inductions with the bank Key Account Managers
