Client Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Job Description
- Efficiently manage client accounts, create account strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and address client inquiries professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and implement retention strategies.
