Job Summary:

Client Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving all sales conversion and revenue goals of the organization by developing, building and strengthening relationships with clients. The position will involve business development and deal-making skills, identifying and driving new business opportunities and working with internal operations teams to propose solutions to prospective clients. Should have the ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust, highly motivated and results-oriented.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent Communication, convincing and relationship building skills.

- Willing to Travel

- Attending training sessions

- Handle client grievances and concern pertaining to the details of the program

- Participate in sales conversations with clients

- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.

- Should be flexible with timings and multitasking.

- Multi-lingual preferred.

- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

- Relevant experience would be beneficial.

Salary: 18000 per month
