Client Relationship/Client Coordinator (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Work Closely with the Client to understand the client's Business Goal/Objective of Undertaking the Engagement.
2. Develop Quarterly Marketing Plans and Finalize agreed plans with the Client Team to Proactively drive Initiatives.
3. Coordinating with internal and external teams.
4. After discussing with the team to develop Detailed Monthly Calendars and Finalize with the Client Team.
5. Serve as a Resource for the Team with respect to translation of Client Requirements for implementation on various digital & offline initiatives including specific campaign plans.
6. To ensure accurate and timely Client delivery through the development process from initial concepts research, creation, documentation, and implementation inclusive of running the campaigns on various digital platforms within the required timeline to ensure best-in-class deliverables to all clients.
7. Effectively position the company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention.
8. Supports team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification based on client needs.
9. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
10. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
11. Conducting Post-meetings with clients to gather client Feedback to assess the success of the work and identify areas for improvement.
12. Generating Reports summarizing key event metrics and Outcomes.
13. After Onboarding, Have to manage the Post Contract/agreement Signing.
14. Have to closely working with the client's internal team, creative, and planning to collect all necessary details, information, etc. for complete platform set up and campaign go-live.
15. Assisting clients in creating event budgets, providing cost estimates, and managing financial aspects such as negotiations, contracts, and invoicing. Ensuring that the event stays within budget and providing regular updates to clients.
Qualification & Experience Required :
1. Hands-on Experience in Client Handling and Should be a Strategic Thinker.
2. Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
3. Excellent Time Management & Organizational Skills.
4. Excellent Communication (Oral & Written) is mandatory.
5. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle complex client Situations.
7. Have good Relationship Building and networking skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
