Client Relations/Client Success Role - Packaging Firm (2-5 yrs)
Product Adoption - Understand the functionalities of our cloud-based scalable technology platform and products for the packaging industry and assess the right opportunities to showcase value addition through product adoption.
- Upselling/Cross-selling - Strategically engage the client to upsell design,development, procurement and the complete suite of packaging solutions to the client
- Growing wallet share - Identify opportunity areas to grow business with existing accounts through dedicated account mining, networking, and continuously promoting company's value proposition on the areas of price, service, and quality
- Focusing on sustainable profitable relationships
- Develop and maintain multiple open communication channels that facilitate transparency, impeccable SLA adherence, retention, and overall goodwill with all stakeholders within client organizations.
Data Driven Acquisition - Research, prospect, engage, and acquire new clients based on the regional go-to-market strategy and drive the sales cycle through complete adoption of our internal CRM and product platform
- Optimizing Sales Cycle - Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of optimizing the sales cycle and achieving high client onboarding rate
- Profitability - Acquire potential clients profitably and increase gross margin in the medium term
- Value Engineering Projects
- Work with the Design/Partner Development teams to effectively pitch design, value engineering projects to clients to drive sustainable engagement with new clients
