About the role :
We are a tech company and naturally we're driven by technologists. We've always been developer-focused in our ways. But now we're moving to a phase of our growth where we need a new breed of people to join us - folks who're good with relationship building, sales, and operations.
Your goal :
- Make sure company leads move to a paid subscription plan.
Your key responsibilities :
- Handle sales inbound enquiries
- Connect with potential customers, and explain the Geektrust value proposition and the product
- Hold key relationships. Be their voice internally at Geektrust.
- Make sure they have a good experience during their sojourn with Geektrust
- Work with sales, product, marketing, talent engagement teams to ensure clients have success
- Do a KT and handover the customer to an account manager once company converts to a paying customer
This is a new role for a new sales process and you will need to define the processes, track data, and make improvements as we scale
What we- re looking for :
- 2-4 years of experience in technology sales
- Must be able to define, improve processes and be resourceful
- Strong networking and relationship building ability
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution oriented mindset
