We are currently hiring entrepreneurial business development/enterprise sales individuals who can work together with the leadership and existing team in building new practices across Pharma, BFSI, Core Industries and Green Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out companies in the target industries across locations in India
- Identify the key stakeholders - senior management/promoters/CXOs, HR or TA leaders - in these companies
- Establish contacts with these professionals through cold calling, emailing and referrals
- Meet, pitch our track record and value proposition to prospective new clients
- Negotiate terms of engagement with prospective clients and solicit executive search and recruitment mandates
- Manage delivery team to ensure high quality output on the mandates obtained
- Maintain a continuous oversight of ongoing mandates and ensure timely/desired progress
- Ensure highest levels of client satisfaction throughout the execution of mandates
- Foster client relationships to win repeat mandates
- Deliver annual business targets with intelligent planning and a sharp focus on execution
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's/MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges
- 1-3 years of experience in enterprise sales/business development, preferably in the recruitment, executive search or staffing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Poise and confidence to cold call senior individuals, and carry out engaging conversations
- Nimble and agile individual who gets thing done
