Here are some role-specific skills we are looking for:
- Excels at outreach: Comfortable with cold emailing influencers and creators, or reaching out via LinkedIn and Instagram to build new relationships.
- Empowers creators: Skilled at helping creators understand the concept and value of direct monetization, and motivating them to launch courses, merchandise, communities, or any paid product.
- Is a skilled communicator: has a concise, clear, friendly, and persuasive communication style.
- Can set the guidelines for client interactions and onboarding processes
- Can own the client experience: You would be responsible for owning the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction to full integration with our technology.
- Is detail-oriented: You should have the ability to understand client needs, troubleshoot potential issues, and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Has the ability to grow with the company: Should be able to eventually lead client success initiatives, continuously improving the onboarding process and fostering long-term client relationships
