Client Onboarding Role (1-8 yrs)
- Self-motivated, customer centricity in his/her DNA, cannot get off the phone until the issue is resolved or promptly follow-up to close the loop is done and some more.
- Smooth and persuasive talker, good with numbers, enjoy discussing the financial markets.
- Team player with good communication skills and love to work in a charged-up environment.
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Able to speak any of the south Indian languages is a plus
- Should carry a relevant experience of at least one year. Eg. Customer On-boarding, account management, etc
- Should understand the basics of KYC processes, stock investing.
