Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner.
Location: Mumbai
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating future requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiate complex deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
- Mumbai regional sales is mandatory.
- GCC and BFSI sales experience is preferred
