Client Manager - Client Servicing & Account Management - Influencer Marketing Agency (3-5 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Servicing and Account Management
- Develop through client's business and Influencer marketing requirement
- Ensuring regular tracking and the full delivery on all client deliverables
- Ensuring high- quality of service delivery: all content, other documents, emails, reports etc. should uphold Affluence's standards.
- Ensuring all Affluence's process is followed without fail
- Ensuring all deadlines are honoured and tracked
- Ensuring the development of key influencer relations for and on behalf of the respective clients
Team Management
- Nurturing and growing a self- sufficient and high-performance team
- Ensuring that team members appraisal is conducted on time
- Managing team's workload is distributed effectively - giving reasonable deadlines and tracking progress made; no team member should be overloaded or out of work
- Help the team grow their influencer relations consistently
