Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in the BFSI sector.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends.
- Implement best practices in client management and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful client delivery.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
