Job Title: Client Financial Partner- Digital

Education: Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA

Experience: 1 - 6 yrs of experience in the wealth segment and a detailed knowledge selling of Mutual Funds & PMS (Portfolio Management Services) & AIF (Alternate Investment Funds)

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune

Preferences: Local Candidates with relevant Experience & good Communication Skills

Working Days: Any 6 days Working as per the Requirement

About the role :

We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team at Client Organisation. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of 50 lakhs and above. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the Organisation's Portfolio Management Service and Mutual Fund investment strategies, ultimately guiding clients in their investment endeavours.

What you will work on :

- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products

- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.

- You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients where you will have to review client's portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings are aligned with the market (portfolio size of - 50L & above)

- Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients

- Apply strong analytical skills to help clients with various data points

- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more in different products that we offer

- Showcase the Organisation's portfolio management approach, including fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management, and guide them in making future investments.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, such as the operations, product, and tech teams, to help clients onboard.

- Guide clients thoroughly on their Tax liabilities when exiting or entering into funds

What we expect :

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintech, AMCs etc

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms

- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)

Education & Certifications :

- MBA or CA or CFA is preferred

- NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (within 1 month of joining)
