Client Engagement Role - BFS (1-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Complete Client account management - Understand the client's requirement, Query and Complaint resolution.
- Responsible for smooth functioning and ensuring interaction with the client at regular interval.
- Should be able to maintain lowest possible response time to external and internal clients.
- Should handle all incoming queries from the clients as well as make proactive servicing Clients.
- To administer marketing and communications programmers and campaigns for clients, assisting in the evaluation of Performance and impact.
- To support the design of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and adverts.
Skills Required :
- Client handling skills - Prior experience in handling clients
- Co-ordinating with External clients and within the team
- Remuneration as per Industry Standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
