-As a Client Engagement Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring flawless e xecution from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to maintain strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact between clients and our consultants, make approach notes and proposals, coordinate events, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

- To thrive in this role, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office & G-suite, and an eye for detail are crucial. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities conflicting demands, and proactively solve problems will be highly valued. We also appreciate a positive attitude towards working with people and a genuine passion for strengthening client relationships.

Main duties:

1) Manager the entire process once the business is confirmed by administering the project, ensuring all logistical needs have been met.

2) Maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact

3) Being the main point of contact during implementation between clients and us

4) Produce quality sheets (feedback report) on a monthly basis

5) Manage the stage manager software to keep track on deliverables and deadlines

6) Produce calendar bookings and lease with internal and external clients

7) Co-ordinating events to ensure the project is managed in a timely fashion

8) Booking of venues for internal events (Seminars, open workshops)

9) Travel planning for all consultants

10) Ensuring details of clients are updated on the CRM

11) Responding to requests from the Client Director in an efficient and timely manner

12) Administrating & reporting of Client satisfaction survey

13) Making power point proposals for the clients based on their needs. The single most important documents which enables our sales.
