Job description
Designation: Client Development Representative
Core Objective of the role : Maximize business generation using online and offline techniques.
What it's not: Account management, Client servicing or any such field / front end customer facing roles.
Job Role:
- The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by prospecting new clients
- Build strong pipeline consistently by developing new relationships in the target market segments.
- Use various channels - Calling, online media, Automation tools to generate fresh leads therein new business.
- Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies / automations & technology innovations.
- Qualify and develop sales leads and conduct product demonstration at CXO level to showcase end-to-end product capabilities
- The candidate will possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Gain thorough understanding of the product/platform and continuously learn from new product updates and pitch them appropriately to the clients, based on their requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence and plan marketing campaigns to generate new business.
