Client Acquisition Specialist - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
Prime Responsibilities :
The role will be focused on :
- Lead Generation and to attract new clients
Client Acquisition - Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization
- Client Management (From requirements to proper payments)
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Maintain proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Develop and confirm partnership with new clients.
Desired Skills :
- Candidates with experience in recruitment industry, with previous relevant experience.
- Target-driven, very committed and dedicated
- A good listener with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Capable of taking initiatives on their own with minimum level of supervision
