Overview:
The Banking Client Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in driving new business by actively identifying and engaging potential clients. This field-based role demands a proactive approach to networking and establishing robust relationships with individuals and businesses to effectively promote the bank's range of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities (retail and SME).
-Conduct sales visits to prospective customers, showcasing various banking solutions, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process customer applications, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to facilitate sales closures.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications:
a bachelor's degree (recommended but not required) in business, finance, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- one to three years' worth of field sales experience, ideally in the financial services, banking, or related industries.
- strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- the capacity to work independently and efficiently manage one's time.
- knowledge of banking services and goods, such as credit cards, deposits, and loans.
- goal-oriented and very focused on reaching sales targets.
- a readiness to work in a field setting and make short trips.
It could be necessary to have a valid driver's license and proficiency in the local languages.
