Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- A track record of success in a business development executive or management position with an IT staffing firm.
- To find sales leads, pitch to new clients, and keep up excellent working relationships with new connections are all parts of business growth.
- The objective is to locate new customers and communicate with hiring managers of companies that frequently release contract and/or contract-to-hire IT staff augmentation services.
- Make sure all procedures and policies relating to account management, sales management, business planning, and partner operational matters are followed; in the event of a deviation or observation, make sure the matter is escalated to the business functional head so that the necessary decisions and corrections can be made for a better result.
- Outstanding business development skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, acquire and comprehend their project requirements, convey that understanding to the team of recruiters, and satisfy the clients' expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with at least 2+ Years of experience in working for Staffing Firms.
- Desired candidates that can bring in new clients apart from handling the existing clients.
- Candidates that have exposure in IT markets in India.
